Quick service, great communication, very good experience
Among the best transporters we've worked with. Flexible, personable and not your average "tow guy". Clean trucks in and out. We call him for everything we need and he always comes through! Wreckmaster Certified too!
Came and got me and my car in 15 mins even when he had another car to drop off first. Reasonable price too. Very happy. If I need a tow truck I will definitely use A1 Rescue again.
Worse Tow Company in Lee County. Called to set up a tow and he kept talking over me as I was trying to explain what I needed. “What do want, what do you want” he kept asking. When he asked the type of car, he then kept talking over me as I was trying to tell him. He said he could be to me in 30 minutes but we waited for over an hour. I understood that traffic was bad at that time, so we rescheduled for following day at 8 am. He assured me he would be at my house at 8 am sharp. 8am came and went, be he didn’t show. I called him at 8:20 to find out where he was and he again said he could be to me in 30 minutes. I canceled. I do not recommend this company and they could use some training in professionalism and customer service and phone etiquette. Find another company like I did, if you value your time.
This towing company came thru for me. AAA could not give me an approximate time for a tow, but this guy toweed the car and was very courteous and kept in touch with me until the car reached it's destination for repair. I paid by phone. Very Reasonable rates. Would recommend to family and friends.
