Paola and the rest of the team at Alpine Law group are exceptional! Truly an amazing experience. I went into this experience, a little timid after having gone through my first traumatic car accident. At the time of the accident, I was a NCAA collegiate, track runner, about to begin my second year of training. The accident yielded severe pain in my lower back, and I was so worried that I wasn’t gonna be able to train and compete the way I used to. Paola and the team assured that I would get the treatment that I deserved. Through continuous communication and constantly checking in, I never felt left to do any of this on my own. I was always met with quick communication with very detailed messages for information like appointments, addresses, and other important details throughout the whole process. When I had my first steroid injection, I was very nervous, as I am not one to go for western medicine in general. Aaron and Paola took the time to get on the phone with me and chat with me about the process. Aaron told me a personal story of how his mom had received a steroid injection as well and how much it helped her. Through that experience, I felt the ease to get two of them myself. Because of those steroid injections, my herniated discs were able to heal on their own, and I am now pain-free! I wasn’t able to continue in my track experience and finish out strong. i’m truly so grateful for the team, their hard work and effort to give the best experience to their customers. Even ones like me who are a little timid at first. Thank you so much for everything that you guys have done and will continue to do! I shared a little photo of me competing after my car accident. Truly a miracle! Without the treatment that I received, there’s no way I would’ve been able to do this. Now, after college and in my first full-time job, I am now able to pay off all of my student debt with the hard work that the team did to win the full insurance amount. I feel so blessed and thankful!
