I called and left a voicemail requesting a consultation this morning. Andrew personally called me the same dayto review details of a civil case I am involved in. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to ask thoughtful questions, and provided clear, straightforward guidance throughout our conversation. He talked me through several possible scenarios and explained them strategically, helping me understand where my own pro se “Google knowledge of the law” could potentially cause issues. He was upfront about expectations and transparent about the possible range of costs my case may incur, which was appreciated. I genuinely enjoyed speaking with Andrew. He thought outloud as he reviewed the case filings . His knowledge, passion and expertise where obvious, and his thoughtful perspective brought me a sense of calm and clarity during a very stressful time. Some people have a light inside them that helps ease the darkness you’re facing.—Andrew is one of those people. I am truly grateful he took the time to reach out to me today. He may not realize it, but it meant the world to me and my family.

My wife and I got into a bad situation with a used car dealer. We were requested to Zelle money to hold a car while repairs were made before signing a contract. We did no get a receipt and never signed any purchase agreement so immediately asked for a refund . We decided not to purchase the car, but the dealer refused to return our money. We found Epstein Dispute Resolutions after a Google search. My wife called and Mr. Epstein answered immediately and discussed our situation. He was very honest to say that our dollar loss was too small to justify paying for his services. He did some research and provided multiple avenues that we could file complaints with various agencies on our own to try to get resolution. I am happy to say it worked and we got our money back. I would highly recommend Mr. Epstein for any legal dispute. It is hard to find a lawyer more honest and willing to do what is best for the client, even if it is not the most financially rewarding for himself.

Andrew is a fellow attorney in the community and someone I have trusted to do legal work for me and my family. Andrew Epstein was my attorney in a difficult landlord-tenant dispute. He was extremely attentive and diligent in researching the laws that ultimately resulted in a most satisfactory outcome. I was referred to Andrew Epstein by my mother’s attorney. It was apparent when I called that I knew why I was told to call Mr. Epstein. He listened to our issue, and was empathetic to our situation due to having a parent around the same age as mine. As an only child, my surviving parent is the most important person in my life, the one and only that cared for me growing up. I owe it to her to now to provide a safe, happy and healthy life. Mr. Epstein spent the time and effort to assist my family with the specific type of attorney to fight for us. We will be eternally grateful for his kind, compassionate & intelligent manner.
