If you’re looking for Ashtanga (led classes) & Mysore this is the place to go! Amy lucky the owner is a very sweet and knowledgeable woman. I’m fairly new to Ashtanga and she taught me some things I didn’t know before. The vibe is good here and the local yogis are really nice.
I’ve seen many mysore teachers over the years I’ve practiced and I wish they all were like Amy Lucky. Her approach is like nothing I’ve experienced. She’s deeply caring and thoughtful-always watching and learning and thinking about our postural patterns and make up. She can cue you into positions without even setting a hand on you. Her work is brilliant and I’m lucky to have found her.
I've done yoga before but this was so so good! The teacher encouraged me and worked with me the whole time I was there, offering individual cues and even at times providing physical adjustments. Truly a simple and super comfortable yoga studio in SWFL with incredibly skilled teachers. The Mysore Ashtanga class made me feel like the teachers really cared about me and my practice. Thanks! See you again on my next trip!
