DO NOT rent from them. We got a car with bald tires. They want to make us pay for the new tires they had to put on. The roadside customer service Cleary said it was there fault so we would not have to pay for it. Come a week later they want to charge us for there problem. UPDATE Tony in the office was a help giving me the information that I needed to contact corporate. He also was very understanding saying we should not be the one paying for the tires cause it was there fault for renting the car to us.

Horrible... avis and budget combined. 1 yes ONE working and 16 people in line to get rental car. They do not care AVOID THIS RENTl CAR CO. all other rental companies well staffed and no lines. Update was told i was on Wait for a car. They have 15 people "waiting" on a car ahead of us. This is not right. AGAIN they do not care. I waited 3 HOURS, then my car was downgraded when I finally got a car.

Booked online through budget. Got to airport to pick up. They had no cars. The front desk agent refused to tell me her last name. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I called to confirm they had the vehicle before I booked. They told me they had 3 in stock. What a joke.

Would not recommend! Took over an hour to pickup and then was told they don’t have the van. Upgrade to a filthy car that needed oil and washer fluid was told to purchase oil and they will refund me at 11pm at night! They also got my name wrong and drop off date so my bill was over double that I reserved it for. Still waiting on a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks! Should have let the engine blow! Go elsewhere their customer service is ridiculous!

Picked up my rental on June 2. while we were getting paperwork together, I told the lady that I would be dropping it off at 4 PM on the fourth to which she said OK that’s fine and she double checked with me that day that would be the time that I was dropping it off. She reminded me that the gas needed to be full because I didn’t get the fuel plan. I dropped off my car before 4 PM and the gas was full. I have a picture and everything that I needed from the rental. The car was already paid through Priceline so I shouldn’t have had any charges. Had $120 charge on my account from this rental and when I called they told me that because the rental was turned in late I had to pay a fee. I explained that I told the lady at the register when we were getting everything set up when I picked up the car that I would be turning it in at 4 PM to which she did not say that there would be any additional charges she just was like OK 4 PM that’s fine. They said they had no note of it and charged me anyways. They also tried to charge me a fee for the fuel being low thankfully, the lady at customer service refunded me partially for that because I do have a picture and the gas was full when I dropped it off. But otherwise the customer service is trash because they couldn’t help me with the rest of the charges. They said there was no note that I was dropping it off at 4pm. My fiancé and I were both there. We both talked to the same lady and we went over that my drop off time would be at 4 PM which I ended up dropping it off before 4 PM anyways but the fact that there was no note and that they charged me anyways is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, I had to stand in line for over an hour to even pick up my rental. I should’ve known I would’ve had these issues and that this place was sketchy because when I went to drop it off, I never got a receipt. She just said OK you’re good and that was it.
