i called for help with a dishwasher install after my own attempt did not work out. what seemed like a quick plumbing job turned into a much bigger fix because of an old, badly done installation from years ago. damon and arthur stayed professional the whole time, worked carefully through every step, and made sure the dishwasher hookup, drain line, and water connections were done the right way. even though it took much longer than expected, the quality of the work was excellent and they kept a great attitude through a frustrating situation. i was also very impressed with another visit when taylor and damon helped with a drainage problem that had us worried. a clogged drain pipe was causing the washing machine to back up at the wall, and then the kitchen sink started overflowing too. another plumber had suggested a much bigger and more expensive repair, but that did not seem necessary. taylor and damon came out, checked the plumbing system quickly, found the real source of the blockage, and cleared it fast. their troubleshooting was sharp, their work was efficient, and everything has been flowing properly since then. overall, i am extremely happy with the service. the team was honest, skilled, patient, and focused on doing the job right instead of pushing unnecessary work. it is hard to find plumbers who communicate well, solve drain and appliance hookup issues correctly, and still keep such a professional attitude. i would gladly use them again in altadena.

He quickly checked the plumbing issue, explained in simple terms what was causing the problem, what repair was needed, and what the cost would be before starting. He completed the repair the right way and worked efficiently. On another visit, Russell, the plumbing technician, cleared a clogged toilet and also took time to point out a few plumbing concerns that could become bigger issues later, including the water heater, kitchen faucet, and the outdoor sewer line. He was professional, polite, and easy to talk to, and he explained everything very clearly. It was helpful to get extra plumbing advice during the service call, and the work was done at a fair price with excellent results.

Since the issue could not be fully diagnosed over the phone, taylor arrived promptly, checked the water heater and connected plumbing lines, and carefully tested everything. Before replacing a part, he looked at one other thing in the system, and that turned out to be the real problem.
