I took my Honda Odyssey in, and I was very impressed with the service. They thoroughly checked out the van and diagnosed the problem as it turned out only the Honda dealership could fix this problem, but I was impressed that they were able to pinpoint it and they didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee, which they had a right to but they were very kind and told me what the problem was and took care of me. Good shop to go to.

Allen was awesome with his accommodations. He also helped us meet a meeting to find a new place to live. He was also helpful on telling us how he was going to fix our car. I highly recommend Certified Auto Repair Specialist. It’s evident that Allen and Edwin are dedicated to Quality and Customer Service. I have been very impressed by the commitment to their Code of Ethics. Edwin and his ASE-certified technicians are outstanding. They expertly replaced the rear shocks and airbag suspension on my Lexus GX 470. The workmanship was exceptional and the price was very fair. When you go to their shop, you’ll experience the Pride in their Business and the Care for their Customers that I immediately saw and felt. The shop is clean, organized and uncluttered. Communication is clear, friendly and very straightforward. Cost is also straightforward and very fair. And, the Technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I’m very happy I found this automotive repair shop and will be back if I ever have any issues. Thank you!

Great and honest repair shop! My car stopped in the middle of the street last night, so I called Triple A to come check it out. The tow guy came to check the battery and said it isn't the battery. So, he had to tow it to a nearby shop. The next morning, I came back to the shop and they helped me fixed the problem without charging me. Highly recommended!

On a long road trip to drop my son off at college our air conditioning started malfunctioning. We pulled in very close to closing time and Allen expertly diagnosed a broken radiator cap/valve causing low coolant. They put water in our radiator and Edwin found and gave us a replacement cap that worked. Allen gave us advice of how to proceed to ensure the fix worked. We were very grateful that Allen and Edwin helped us, even though they were closing soon. They didn’t even charge us, which I personally appreciated! So far, the fix worked!
