I’ve been coming to classes for a month now led by Victoria and even as a beginner I felt so welcomed. She even helped me accommodate some poses to how my body moves and that was so special to me. It is so worth it, it really centers me to set me up for a great week and I find myself looking forward to the next one every time!
Lovely experience. I chose based on location knowing nothing about the studio and am so glad I did. I met a friend in DTFM to have a nice girl’s day, and this was the perfect start. Incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I haven’t done yoga in probably 10 years and our instructor Victoria helped with form and led a very relaxing and restorative class. I will definitely be back!

Victoria is phenomenal—warm, highly knowledgeable, and fantastic at offering modifications so every class feels perfect regardless of your skill level. The flows are both challenging and rejuvenating, and I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely refreshed.
