I’ve been in the real estate business for 15+ years and I’ve worked with a lot of agents over that time. I’ve done multiple deals with Chip Lawrence, and he has always gone above and beyond for me. He’s easy to work with, communicates clearly, and actually follows through on what he says. Chip understands how deals really work, not just on paper but in the real world. Just bought my last house in PG. I met Chip through another property, where he graciously did a video walk-through and agreed to be my remote agent. We looked at two more houses and I finally committed to the third. Calling Chip a realtor may be too faint a description. He functioned as repeat showing agent, then comprehensive buyer advocate and intermediary, then general knowledge base, closing manager and liaison, video documenter, and concierge. About half of this was well beyond the call of duty. I now own the place and Chip made it possible. I never doubted the property or the agent. At a time of greatest scrutiny and concern, Mr. Lawrence provided literally anything and everything to ease into a preferred property. Of all the service providers these days and among any in recent memory, Chip gets topmost billing.
