I went to see Dr. Timothy, and the experience was wonderful from the very first moment. He accurately diagnosed my problem—something I hadn’t been able to resolve despite spending time with other doctors who only prescribed painkillers. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would also like to recognize the person at the front desk. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire new-patient process. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, as if I had known them for a long time. I am truly delighted to have found this office and highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care. 🤗🤗🤗
I cannot speak to Dawson's skills, but I am stupified by his office. I made a new patient appt for the earliest avail which was one week away. Then 3 days later someone calls me to ask if I'd like to come in earlier and if I had recieved the new patient packet. After I answered those questions she tells me he is no longer taking my ins so I'll have to pay cash (10 times my copay!). Why was I told you take my ins if you don't?? Now here I sit, 3 days later, still in pain and no Dr appointment. Gee, thanks for nothing. ADDENDUM: Your slimy reply tells me and everyone here how awful your office is. And not that it's your business but there arer several other Dr's that take United Healthcare.
Had a golf injury last year and Tim really dug in to my muscles and saved me - really knows what he is doing! I continue to go to him and recommend him highly.
Dr Tim Dawson and his staff are exceptional professionals and make sure you are feeling your best! I look forward to all my appointments and have decreased my chronic pain drastically and increased my flexibility and activity. So grateful I found them!
