Chery is, by far, the best Pilates instructor I have had. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the exercises and proper technique, but she also brings something extra to every class. One of the things I appreciate most is her focus on breathing. She gently reminds us to slow down, be present, and breathe—something we all need in today's fast-paced world. Her breathing techniques don't just enhance the workout; they help create a sense of calm and mindfulness that carries beyond the studio. Every class leaves me feeling like I've worked every part of my body, but also refreshed mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and happier. That beautiful added bonus is what makes Chery's classes truly special.

Club Pilates South Naples has truly become one of my favorite places to visit… and that is saying quite a lot at my age lol. The studio itself is lovely, peaceful, and very well run, but what really makes it special are the people. I must say a few words about Caitlyn at the front desk… because she is just wonderful. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with the kindest smile and makes you feel so welcome, you almost forget you’re not a regular. She remembers faces, she remembers names, and she always asks how you are doing. Those little things mean a lot… especially these days. Because of Caitlyn, Naples feels less like a getaway and more like a place I’ve belonged to forever. There is something about her warmth and kindness that makes you feel right at home… like you’ve lived here your whole life. She is patient, thoughtful, and always so pleasant to speak with. And I’ll say it… she is a very pretty young lady too lol… inside and out. All I can say is… Club Pilates South Naples is lucky to have her. I know I am certainly glad I found this place. It’s one of those little joys you look forward to… and at my age, those mean everything.

I have been a member of Club Pilates South Naples for over 2 years and I continually receive excellent service and amazing, effective workouts. It is a place that you will see steady results and friendly support with great teachers and managers. As a soon to be 60 year old, remaining strong is important to me and Pilates is an excellent way to build strength without needing to try to figure out weight machines at a gym. I feel confident that I will be able to continue for many years to come. Thank you CPSN!❤️

Absolutely love this Pilates studio! The classes are challenging but welcoming, and the space is always clean and calming. And huge credits to Caitlyn at the front desk—she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greets everyone with a smile. She makes check-in smooth and creates such a positive first impression every time. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Pilates experience!

I do not recommend! It is unfortunate that this location is extremely unorganized and poorly ran especially with quality instructors. They state they do not have a technical issue with their site yet. I have been charged for cancelling classes that I never scheduled!!! When I requested my membership to be cancelled they cancelled me on June 27 th but still charged my card for unlimited membership on June 29 th when requesting a refund. I receive absolutely no response. Terrible Professionalism!! Save your money or watch your funds if joining this location!!!
