I received excellent care and had a successful outcome at WestShore OMS. Dr. Reed fully explained the surgery during my consultation and all pre-op and post-op instructions were thoroughly outlined. Appointment times were honored, the medical team was efficient and friendly, and the facility was well staffed and well maintained. I highly recommend this practice.

I found The facility inviting, clean and good location, the staff was very well trained and friendly and knowledgeable about the situation that I was there to have treated . The doctor explained to me the procedure and choices that I had very clearly and promptly attended to my treatment. He and his assistant made my visit as comfortable as they could, and kept My comfort in mind the entire time I was in the chair. my particular treatment became a little bit difficult and took a little longer than anticipated, but the doctor remain calm and kept my confidence and came out with a good outcome. I experienced very little postoperative Pain ,surprisingly which reflects on his skills on a surgical extraction many thanks P Gardner.

Dr. Reed is an exceptional doctor. He spends time answering all of my questions, which I appreciate greatly. He puts you at ease with his bedside manner. I would recommend him to anybody that requires dental surgery. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I appreciate that they followed up with me after my surgery to be sure that I was OK and answered all of my post surgery questions. No one likes having surgeries, but this was a very comfortable experience. Thank you, Dr. Reed and your staff.

Highly recommend Dr. Reed and the entire staff. Extremely informative explanation of my procedure and what to expect. Pleasantly surprised the office called me a few days after my procedure to see how I was doing. I can’t remember any other office ever calling once you walk out the door!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reed, Meghan and the entire staff. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive. High anxiety was eased, the staff creates a calm, supportive environment that makes a big difference. Recovery time was minimal. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch.
