I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment was not scheduled properly, which resulted in a long wait of about an hour. The visit felt rushed, and the doctor did not adequately address my questions or concerns. I left feeling that my concerns had not been heard or explained. I understand that delays can happen, but better scheduling, communication, and taking the time to answer patients’ questions would greatly improve the overall experience.
The nurse rushed me through the questions and didn’t leave time for me to give any feedback. Dr. Lester was great and very conversational
I appreciate the fact that I was able to get a virtual appointment the same day I asked for one. I do want to mention that my symptoms were more than just allergies yet the medicine prescribed is working pretty well. It is a virus and it is going to take its course. I hope the cough does not linger on for a long time.
Changed my appointment then was 40 late to be called back to see Dr. A simple comment from the staff who were on their phones would have made a big difference.
Dr Eckley is wonderful, and the wait was the shortest I have ever experienced at a doctors office. I went on a Friday afternoon. The girls up front were super sweet as well.
