Horrible advice. Left me in bond fund when rates were rising. Large capital loss after holding for nearly 7 years. Told me there would be no extra charges. There was a redemption fee. He also transferred me to another advisor without calling me. He is just a salesman. He doesn't know what he is doing.

In case you are looking to invest your money, don’t look any further. After we moved to the IE, we were so lucky and blessed to find David. He is available, extremely knowledgeable, patient and treats you like family. His new assistant Vanessa is eager to help with a lot of experience and knows the business well. They make a perfect professional team. To us, they are both five stars. Can’t recommend David high enough.

Not so good. I have called several times in the last three weeks and asked to get a withdrawal. Each time it was a short conversation that left you thinking it was being taken care. But when I had not heard anything back I would call again to find that I had to do something else. First time; we will get a check out to you. Then I would call back and find out that the check was not sent yet but was being processed. Then it wasnt sent again but I was told if i wanted it sooner I could send them my bank information and they would direct deposit. Then I called back again and he was busy and could not call me for a few days. A few days later I got an email asking me to sign up for an account so I could sign some documents. Still no call. It seems he does not have time for the people who are not big investors. I also asked for a withdrawal from Fidelity investments. The conversation was 15 minutes. The funds were in my account in two days. Now that's customer service. I will update as soon as I have more info.

David is amazing at helping you plan for retirement, if you’re already in retirement, paying for college education, planning for the expected or even the unexpected. He’ll give you great advice on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and even ETFs. He wants to find out what’s important to you. He has an established process.
