had a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionist , the billing specialist Santiago, the x-ray tech Nagar, the dental cleaning person, the dental assistant and DDS Dr Kevin. The dental office is top notch and up date with modern technology. I was super impressed with the ease and speed and accuracy of work done. Everything was explained to me in advance and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice of dentist. Thank you Empower Dental - i’ve found my new dentist!

I gave this office five stars for their excellent scheduling, clean environment, and comforting care. I was seen right on time with no overbooking’s. The office and staff are very clean and I like that. I had came in for a retreat feeling pretty nervous, but the experience turned out far better than I expected. The doctor could tell I was anxious and checked in with me throughout the procedure, which I truly appreciated. I rarely go to the dentist, so that reassurance made a huge difference. Overall, it was a great visit.

So I want to start with the good- I came in on my lunch break and they made sure I was taken care of in that time, even though I did have to mention it several times in my appointment (more on that later). The office is also really clean, the new patient paperwork is easy, and the staff was nice. Now- why I couldn’t give it 5 stars. The tech doing my ex rays seemed a bit disassociated- dropping things, unable to login to his portal, taking up additional time I expressed that I did not have. And again I mentioned all this when I made my appointment and was told it wouldn’t be an issue. I was told I would get a quote for a deep cleaning which never happened… and then the hygienist came and did a normal cleaning which felt slightly rushed based on how long the x-rays took. My mouth doesn’t feel much cleaner than when I came in. I know realistically it is but it just felt very quick and I didn’t feel like I got a full polish, just the bits people could see. The doctor was nice enough and easy to talk to and explained some things that needed to be taken care of. But also took unnecessary time to speak to me about my permanent wire retainer which is currently useless but there’s nothing that can really be done about it. My biggest issue however was that being in a dentist office is already nerve wracking and the 2010s club music playing made things feel more anxiety driven. It just wasn’t a peaceful environment or atmosphere which is a personal preference, I do get that. Cleanliness and friendliness 5/5 Professionalism and bedside manner 3/5 Environment 3/5

I had an excellent experience at Empower Dental clinic. Doctor Khachatryan took the time to explain everything clearly, was extremely gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Front office - Taline and Santiago were warm, professional, and welcoming, which really helped ease my anxiety. The office is clean and well organized, and I truly felt cared for from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the high level of care and would confidently recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality, compassionate treatment.

Like most people I have never been someone who looked forward to my visits with the dentist but the facilities and care at Empower dental has changed that for me. While receiving my oral care I feel well catered to by the staff, being constantly checked in on to make sure I’m comfortable during my procedures. The facilities are so high tech that I feel confident that I’m getting high quality care. The work done by Dr. Melkonyan and his team leaves me feeling more confident in my smile with every visit. Definitely would recommend getting your dental care done here.
