I'm extremely satisfied we selected Eva Lin as our agent. At every stage, she exceeded expectations. With all the moving pieces, I couldn't believe how smoothly everything unfolded. That's a testament to both her and her great staff. She really has a great business model and her staff is professional. I can tell she has trained her staff to a high level to maintain a strong brand. Perhaps most impressive was Eva's negotiating. The terms and price she secured for us were outstanding, particularly in this market. Her view of current market was very accurate. She does not inflate numbers just to earn business. Selling this house without the typical stress was exactly what we needed atm. I'd recommend her as a sellers agent and look forward to having her represent me on the Buyside one day!

I don’t think any other real estate agent could have done for us what Eva did. She has the knowledge, the connections, and the negotiating skills that really matter when the stakes are high. We tried to sell our house in San Marino once before, without success. That’s when we reached out to Eva. She advised a completely different pricing, presentation, and marketing strategy.
