I have had 2 cars detailed with Fluid Detailing and I cannot recommend Steve enough. He is very knowledgeable and walked me though each of the stages involved. The first car I had detailed was covered in scratches after using public car washes - I thought I was doing the right thing going to a hand carwash but after seeing the car once Steve had finished I obviously wasn't! The car actually looked a different colour once he had finished. The second car came directly from the manufacturer and was in a shocking state. Again, Steve was able to walk me through and when he had finished the car looked brighter, sharper, and the gloss on the paintwork was unbelievable. The rain just runs off the car and it is so easy to wipe away dirt. I live next to a wood and bird droppings are a big problem - even that just wipes off with the ceramic. I have been to other detailers and felt pressured into buying 'extras' but didn't feel like that here. Steve will tell you what your car needs and how much it will cost - there are no hidden extras and get value for money. Since having my cars detailed with Steve I won't go anywhere else. I have monthly maintenance washes to keep the paintwork looking at it's best and from the looks and comments I get about the car - it obviously works. If you are considering having your car detailed I would definitely speak to Steve - you won't regret it.

Absolutely fantastic experience. If your looking for a ceramic coating specialist look no further. Steve's attention to detail is second to non from first contact to collection. I sent a contact form through his website and he replied to me the following morning with a very detailed reply. He had clearly read and replied to every point in my message. He also included photos of customers cars that had had the same coatings/same vehicle. I enjoy cleaning my own car and I had some preference on the coating. I was looking for something with a relatively long life and was compatible with my preferred wash routine using Gyeon products. Steve gave me advice on a few different products and we discussed the cost of each option, it was great to be able to tailor the service to my needs and budget. I entrusted Steve to perform a new car coating. This included : • Interior clean. • Exterior clean/decontamination. • Single stage machine polish. • Gyeon Q2 synchro evo. This is a two stage coating consisting of Gyeon MOHS Evo and Gyeon Skin. With a sacrificial layer of Gyeon Cure to protect the coating whilst it cures for the next 7-14 days. • Gyeon View applied to windscreen and side windows. • Gyeon Can Coat applied to panoramic sunroof. • Gyeon Tyre applied to tyres. • Gyeon Rim applied to wheels. The wheels were removed so the barrels could be coated and re-installed and torqued to manufacture specification. • Solution Finish applied to plastic trim. Steve's workshop is located in the Team Valley business park so it is very convenient to access from the A1. When I arrived at the workshop I knew my car was in safe hands. The workshop is outstanding. Featuring 360° lighting and climate control for an optimal coating environment. Under the light Steve inspected my car where he identified several areas needing attention but he was confident that the single stage polish would resolve those. When I collected my car I couldn't believe the depth and gloss the paint now had. Especially given it was a brand new car. It looked better than it did when I collected it from the dealership. We have had two weeks of heavy salt deposits on the road followed by a sandstorm but I'm happy to report that the ceramic coating is performing well and the car is still very clean. I performed the first wash last week and it's effortless due to the intense hydrophobic properties. Overall a fantastic experience. Although I have a 5 year coating I plan to go back in a year for a maintenance wash and any minor paint corrections. I've included some photos after daily driving for 3 weeks. Note that it's a plane in the reflection, not a scratch! Thanks again Steve!

Exceptional service from Steve at Fluid Detailing! I filled out the contact form on the website and received a callback the same day to discuss pricing and get a date booked in. I’d received a new vehicle from BYD with severe swirl marks from the dealership attempting to polish before delivery. Steve carried out a full polish and applied a ceramic coating which looks absolutely incredible. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Great customer service and his work is outstanding!

Posting on behalf of my dad. BMW M240i - paint correction and ceramic coating. From the first minute of meeting Steve I felt very comfortable leaving my car with Fluid Detailing. It was just a matter of deciding what level of detailing was to be carried out on my car. It was a welcome change not to be pushed or coerced into anything. Steve never pushed any service just gave extremely knowledgeable advice. I find it extremely difficult to trust and leave my car with anyone, however, from start to finish of this process I can say 100% I would trust Steve with any car I owned. The service, the work and aftercare has been fantastic and most of all Steve is a fantastic knowledgeable guy. Thanks again Steve for a fantastic job.
