Andy and Dena -Gas Care North East have done themselves proud. Andy has completely transformed our bathroom. He listened to what we wanted from the start to the end. He also made some excellent suggestion’s during the planning process. He was punctual and very hard working doing all the work himself. Not leaving it to sub contractors. Superb quality workmanship. My wife and I are beyond happy with the final result. The communication throughout from Dena was timely and accurate. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you both so much for a hassle free professional project.
Andy did a fantastic job renovating my bathrooms, one of which needed a new sub floor. He also did a brilliant job of tiling the walls and the ground floor, right from the back to the front door, which was really uneven but thanks to Andy's perseverance and expertise he met the challenge of my quirky victorian house which I can now happily refer to as 'home'. Andy and Dena were polite and professional throughout. There was excellent communication of costs, he was consistent and reliable and I would not hesitate in contacting him again should I need further work done in the future.
I don’t normally write reviews but couldn’t not on this occasion. Had a major issue with an elderly (90yr old) family friend. She had no heating, hot water or means to cook. I phoned GasCare and spoke to a very lovely and helpful lady. Andy the engineer was able to meet at the property within 30 minutes and was there at exactly the time he said. An extremely lovely man who was both courteous, respectful and very efficient & solved the problem allowing for hot water, heating etc to be back up and running. Can’t recommend more highly - 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you Gas Care North East!!
I would highly recommend have done a great job I am very pleased with the radiator and no mess at all. Will definitely use again.
