I was able to quickly and conveniently make my appointment online a day prior and it was confirmed first thing the next morning. On my first visit here I went with acrylics and did a red cat eye design and the nail tech did a beautiful job. I was unsure of her name and we didn't speak to each other at all but her work speaks for itself. She was able to give me exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming here for my next fill and sets!
I just have to say they are the very best. Johnny did my nails and Jen did my designs. Couldn't be happier with both. I actually live I Naples but will be going up there to get they done!!
I love coming to this place. Yanelys and the other girls are very welcoming. I don’t like to feel rushed, and I appreciate that she takes her time with me. I understand the owners want a quick turnaround to accommodate more customers, but for me, this is a place to relax and talk about my day with my nail tech—that’s what it’s all about. The salon can be very busy and a bit loud at times, but that’s okay because everyone is working hard to keep their customers happy. Most of the girls are Spanish-speaking, but they are all trying to learn English and help one another with their customers, so please don’t take it personally—it’s actually nice to see the teamwork. If you’re looking for a warm, lively atmosphere, this is the place to go. They’re all great!
Great experience! My only suggestion would be to explain the color process beforehand rather than afterwards. The staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. 😊 I will definitely go back.
I had the best experiences at Gel Nails and Spa! I have been many times and honestly all of the technicians are amazing. I love getting pedicures and they do nail art so well too. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone.
