I recently visited HOTWORX and was really impressed! Brittany gave me a thorough tour and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient — she took the time to explain how everything works and made me feel totally comfortable trying something new. HOTWORX offers a unique workout experience unlike any traditional gym. You exercise inside a small infrared sauna (either solo or with up to two other people), combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise for what they call “3D Training.” The studio offers both 15-minute HIIT sessions and 30-minute isometric workouts like yoga, Pilates, and barre — all in a heated environment that can reach around 120–130°F. The heat makes each workout feel efficient and detoxifying, and because many locations are open 24/7, it’s super convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. The private sauna pods also mean you get a more personal, focused workout instead of a big crowded class. A monthly membership also gives you access to a small gym area with weights and functional equipment, which is great for adding extra strength training before or after your sauna sessions. Be prepared to sweat — hydration is key! The sessions are intense at first, but your body adjusts quickly, and it’s amazing how much you can accomplish in a short time. Overall, I had a great first impression. The space was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Brittany’s warm and professional approach really stood out. If you’re looking for a workout that’s efficient, different, and time-flexible, HOTWORX is definitely worth checking out!

Hotworx Cape Coral (Chiquita) is absolutely amazing! The infrared sauna workouts are a total game changer—efficient, effective, and perfect for fitting into a busy schedule. The studio is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, creating a great atmosphere whether you’re new to fitness or a regular. I love the variety of workouts and the fact that you can go anytime—it’s so convenient. I always leave feeling energized, refreshed, and accomplished. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to level up their fitness routine!

I originally stopped in Chill next door for an InBody Scan 580 to track body fat progress from strength training and stop focusing on weight alone. The staff was so friendly and helpful we toured Hot Worx while we were there and decided it would be a great fit with the strength training we were already doing. I had plateaued for 2 months and within 6 weeks I lost 8lbs and continued to tone and tighten, reducing my body fat almost 2%! I love the flexibility and variety. It's even great for recovery so I'm rarely sore from strength days anymore. I highly recommend trying it out!

Just joined this Hotworx location about 3 weeks ago and I’m obsessed! It’s such a good work out and the sauna is addicting and makes your workout feel so much more rewarding! They keep this studio extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are very honest about any fees and costs so it doesn’t feel like anything is hidden from their customers which I appreciate! Definitely recommend this location!

I came to try it out by using their free day pass. It was a good session but it wasn’t something i’m looking for. The first lady was really sweet but as we were heading out the door another lady (brunette) began to interrogate my friend and I. Apparently bc we don’t live in cape we aren’t allowed to use the free day pass bc we aren’t resident. mind you i’ve been living in cape all my life. she told us we HAVE to give them a 5 star review and kept repeated the same sentence over n over again like we get it. in other words she was really rude and obnoxious.
