What an absolutely amazing experience! First of all, I just want to say that Hrant took my call with a lot of respect and kindness despite my kid unfortunately teething in the background. As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. None the less Hrant was very understanding of the situation and did his best to prioritize getting my car in ASAP the next day due to an upcoming trip on my end. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! Hrant let me know that the issue was a loose nut that could have lead to a dangerous situation on the road. They fixed things up and charged a very fare rate given how quickly they got me in, addressed the issue and how good the customer service was. I was looking for a new mechanic and thankfully it seems like I found my guy! I absolutely can not thank these guys enough. I will be back and you should absolutely come through too.
Incredible service! These guys are true professionals—fast, friendly, and extremely courteous. I was in and out much sooner than expected. Highly recommend if you want quality work without the long wait.
I have been with Hrant auto services as a client for over a decade. The team is always kind and professional. Hrant himself always is patient no matter how busy they are. He even called me back when he was not at work and missed my call. I appreciate him so much and will always be his client. I hope more service businesses can learn from him and his team. Very honest and fast. I moved from out of state and was very stressed about finding a honest mechanic. I was surprised at how transparent they were with pricing and how reasonable services are (plus not trying to upsell me). They are very friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back and feel like my car is in great hands with their service. 10/10! Thank you!!
Had a great experience with Hrant, quick, easy, professional, and a good price. Cost me $195, vs at the Honda dealership the same service would've been $379. Will be bringing my car here in the future when it needs any sort of service. Thank you!
