Phenomenal service and customer care! Ernest checked my crawl space for termites. I had an arrangement of stones and bricks stacked to keep the grate from falling; he put them back exactly how he found them. Ernest was very thorough, very clean, and very respectful! 💯 👏🏼

We have been using Hydrex for several years. They are so responsive, professional and very reasonably priced. Other companies try to up-sell with products and services you actually don't need. This company does not do that. It's so refreshing to find a company that is honest and fair. I would NEVER use any other company.

Earnie and Mathew from the company were able to get inspection done in no time and provided us with options for the spray and other treatments. They also provided us with before and after pictures of the treated area. I would like to recommend them.

Having unfortunately had the 'return' of rats Hydrex were so swift in helping organize getting us someone out to our home on the same day and getting the situation rectified. Excellent termite company operating in high standards from start to finish. Initial call to set up an appointment was quick and painless. The technician came to my house in a timely manner to inspect and encouraged me to walk around with him and ask questions. One thing that really impressed me and ultimately set them apart from other companies was how they laid out different options of treatment. They took the time to explain pros and cons of each methods and I was able to make an informed decision with their expert help. The price was very reasonable as well and couldn’t be happier with the result.
