I gave InVolt a 2 because our system does work, but the lack of communication/ repair for a warranty item is horrendous. We've had an under-producing panel for almost a year and for the first 6 months of our repair journey they just lied to us telling us a claim was submitted to the manufacturer, the panel shipment was delayed, they'd be out to fix it, etc. Finally at month 7 I contacted the manufacturer directly, who confirmed that InVolt had never filed such a claim. And since then we haven't heard from anyone, despite multiple avenues of communicating. Also, their local Fort Myers address is a front; there's no actual office, just a desk & chair with no signage and no one ever there.

Excellent experience! Installation went smoothly, no issues and completed before they estimated! No FPL bill since completion (other then the $9 / month minimum charge!) Thank you! update... 6 years later and I'm having trouble with both inverters. they've been replaced multiple times, the last one in January and it worked for 2 weeks then started malfunctioning. Always refurbished and not reliable. Now I can't seem to get Involt representative to return a call or email to get them replaced and functional. HELP! At this point, I cannot recommend this company unless theyake my service work again.

NOT A SUNNY EXPERIENCE.....HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE Purchased our system in August 2024 was promised installation by September.....system installed in Dec 2024, failed inspection three times.....system finally activated March 17, 2025.... I am leaving out all the communication problems, missed scheduled appointments ( without a call to give us notice they were not showing up ).... NEVER received a call back from their answering service (who answers the number provide to us for contacting company )....Response from numerous telephone attempts unacceptable....text messages a bit better...... System activated 3/17...promised that Jorge (sales person...or Joey installer) would help us with Enphase app.....we have NOT heard one word from InVolt since 3/17....Joey did promise to stop by on Fri 3/28 to help us with app....he did not show up, or call to inform us he would not be stopping by.... Our system is working well, Enphase has been awesome and offers exceptional customer service .....our only fear is "What if we have an issue with our panels ?????? InVolt not a BBB member ???? Wonder Why ? Sorry we choose InVolt for our solar system

I have over 60 solar panels installed by Involt Solar. In two occasions I have had problems with the system. First, an inverter went out and it took nearly 90 (ninety) days to replace it. Most recently, in April 2024 I realized that many of our panels were not working. Since late April I have tried to communicate with Involt through the company’s answering service (the only phone available for service). without having the problem resolved. The operator claims to be a receptionist, but upon further digging, it turned out to be an answering service. Also, I emailed the company multiple times without a responsive outcome. Finally, I found the company’s CEO, Jorge Gaviria number (who btw sold us the system) and communicated with him twice. Each time he promised to have someone get back to me without getting a response back. I’m told by the answering service that is Involt’s policy is to return calls within 24-48 hours. However, this has never been my experience. I’ve now been trying to have a problem that is covered by warranty resolved for over 11 (eleven) weeks with no luck. Anyone considering a solar system should be careful to do business with Involt Solar located in Fort Myers, Florida.

Great workmanship, Great team. Just went thru Hurricane Ian and ZERO panels damaged or loosened from my metal roof. THANK YOU Jorge and team !! UPDATE:Needed service and maint and could not get my calls returned . The solaredge inverter failed. Switched the warranty coverage to Mirasol in Sarasota and have excellent after sale service. Getting ready to double my system size, add battery, and generator. Sad to say Involt will not be offered the chance to bid on it. No repeat business from me.
