Chris has amazing troubleshooting skills. We have an older complex 3-zone system that was not operational. Chris was able to fix our system and get it running with parts that he carried in his van. Very satisfied with response time and solution.
Chris, the senior technician, did an excellent job. We were very pleased with him. Oliver also is a senior technician and has proven himself many times over to be helpful and very knowledgeable. Shannon is the best service coordinator. She always looks after the customer's best interest. She's handled our account for five years and we have been very pleased with her.

The J&D Technician, Ed, was excellent. He called me within 15 minutes after hours on the Emergency line and tried to help me trouble shoot. When that failed, he promised to come by the next day and fix the issue. He just left and my AC is working great now. I even got a 10% discount as I am on their annual service plan agreement.
