They have been doing a really great job on my Ac unit. I really love the maintenance plan they have. My unit has been running in top shape since i switched over from the last compan. Olivia is amazing! Me and my wife enjoyed speaking with her. Trenton and Darian came out today, they have done a great job. Never had my coils cleaned like that. Great young dedicated men. Jack rabbit of Fort Myers is highly recommend especially if you're in the Lee County area. My buddy from Venice has a membership as well we love this company. We're not going anywhere. I had an AC tune up with Schneider Charles today from Jack Rabbit AC He was the best Tech I have had since I moved here 10 years ago He checked things I have never seen another Tech do. I have a Technical background so he explained everything. It was really thorough I couldn’t believe it. He was courteous and professional and I am so glad he worked on my AC.
I had a great experience today with my a/c maintenance exam from Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning. The two service people, Trenton and Darian were just a pleasure to deal with. The process went very smoothly and all questions I had were explained so I could understand. I would also like to thank Marcus, GM for his assistance to help me with my needs and problems. Schneider is an amazing tech I had an excellent experience. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and respect time. He has a great ability to diagnosed the issue with air conditioning system, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently.
