Jerry Sun made what could have been a very difficult process incredibly smooth. Jerry is THE BEST! I live in the SF area and needed to sell my aunt’s LA condo, and Jerry was a blessing. He went above and beyond. He met me the same day on short notice while I was in LA over a weekend, came prepared with comps, and recommended some improvements before listing the condo. I appreciated his support to help me manage a remodel from afar—FaceTiming updates and keeping things moving along. Jerry is a professional who is responsive, trustworthy, and supported my decisions through pricing and negotiations without pressure. Even after closing, he handled extra details like retrieving the last of my aunt’s mail at the condo, picking up the check from the escrow office and depositing it at the bank, and shipping the mail and deposit receipt to me. Jerry is one of the most professional and grounded agents I’ve met. From the beginning, he was upfront and transparent — he even showed us live, real-time market activity and offers directly from his computer, which gave us a level of clarity most agents never provide. He also never used the common “I have a buyer” line that many agents rely on. Instead, he was refreshingly honest about what the real buyer demand looked like, without sales tricks or pressure. On top of that, Jerry went above and beyond by offering personal help with yard cleanup and hauling — something extremely rare for an agent at his level. Despite being a top-producing agent with access to high-end clients, he still took the time to meet us in person, walk the property himself, and offer guidance with real sincerity.
