Juli came to help me with my A/C the same day I called her. She was responsive and on time with excellent communication about when she would arrive. We have had several other technicians out and she was by far the best and most thorough. Juli Klein's Services is very responsive. After dealing with a national company that I was disappointed with, I called Juli Klein. Her team did a great job installing a new HVAC system in my condominium after my system failed. They were timely and easy to work with.

Exceptional! Juli and Javier are impressively responsive and well versed in their field. Excellent communication and they kindly installed a window unit in one room so we were kept comfortable while they installed a complete new A/C unit.

Juli Klein A/C installed a new condenser and handler for me 4 years ago and I always try to be good about maintaining things, but the past year really threw me off. My system stopped working on a hot day and Juli rescued me. She was great about it and I never hesitate to recommend her crew for everything from basic maintenance to repairs to full systems. She is professional and knowledgeable and always fair.

I would warn customers beware! I'm a landlord a few hours away and after getting a call about my tenants A/C not working I sought a couple of quotes. After reading reviews and getting a quote from another company I reached out to Juli and asked if she could come take a look. She sent a tech over but 3 hrs later I still hadn't heard anything and so I reached back out. Unfortunately for me the Tech didn't provide her or me any info. She reached out to her tech and got back to me and let me know he did the work and it's working for now. Unfortunately the work was done without approval or estimate. In getting the bill it was 30% higher than my first estimate. When I told her I didn't approve the work she told me I should have told her not to do any work and be sure to provide an estimate beforehand. She then went on to share she has a problem with her tech doing work without an estimate. I explained I wasn't happy and she told me no problem I don't have to pay, that she would come remove the part and freon and just charge me the $150 service visit and $180 hour of labor. $330 for an estimate!?! Wow! Even the premium companies don't charge that for an estimate! She seems like she has some internal issues with her employees and feels pretty comfortable taking it out on her customers. I would warn anyone beware! Get a quote and don't expect any remorse if her team acts without authorization.
