I ordered a chi latte on two separate occasions. It was delish! The second visit I had to ask for them to make the tea hotter. It was barely lukewarm. I also ordered a turkey sandwich. It was really good. Definitely recommend this place for a quick bite and good chi!

We discovered Sky Cafe Hawaii at the Hyatt hotel in Waikiki, and it’s such a relaxing place! It’s located right by an artificial waterfall, which creates an amazing island atmosphere — the sound of water, fresh air, and tropical plants all around. There’s plenty of seating, and it’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack. They offer coffee, smoothie bowls, breakfast wraps, sandwiches — really convenient and tasty options. The waterfall adds a special touch — it’s a bit loud, but in a good way! You truly feel like you’re enjoying coffee right on the island, surrounded by nature. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!

Cold brew is nice. hot latte has mixed results. Baristas are not consistently trained, sometimes the lattes come out as milky coffee with a thin layer of foam on the top. Hate that for me. Sandwiches and wraps are terrible. Flavorless, cheap ingredients, tastes old and stale. Service quality is mixed. Pastries are mostly not good but I liked the banana bread.

Stopped by the coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel and tried the flat white and iced latte. Both were made quickly and tasted good — smooth and well-balanced. The coffee beans aren’t top-tier, but still decent to start your day with a cup of coffee. Overall, a solid spot for a casual coffee, especially if you’re staying at the hotel.
