⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After experiencing a devastating apartment fire at a different property and losing everything my family owned, finding a new place to call home felt overwhelming. On top of that, I lost my mom the day before we were supposed to move in, making June one of the hardest months of my life. I want to sincerely thank Jonathan at Lotus Property Service Inc. for making this process as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, he was professional, upfront, responsive, and incredibly efficient. He guided us through the application process, communicated clearly every step of the way, and treated us with kindness and respect during one of the most difficult times we’ve ever faced. I appreciate Jonathan taking the time to schedule an evening showing. He really worked around my schedule - even when it would have been easy to tell me to come back another day. From the very first time I met Ruben to view my new apartment, he has proven to be an exceptional property manager in every aspect! He made sure my application process went smoothly, and spent extra time preparing the apartment for move in. Recently there was a repair needed in my bathroom, and Ruben responded immediately, got the job done quickly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Ruben is thoughtful and considerate, always there to lend a hand or offer a friendly smile. He goes above and beyond every day to keep things running smoothly, and keep our lovely garden apartments clean and safe. Lotus Property Services is a great company, and Ruben is the best!

I had a really positive experience with both Berkling and the technician Pedro who installed my new stove. From the start, communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. The property manager stayed in touch, kept me updated, and made sure everything moved along without delays. The technician was professional, respectful, and efficient. He took the time to properly assess the problem, and when it turned out the stove needed to be replaced, he handled everything smoothly. The installation was done quickly and correctly, and he made sure everything was working before leaving. Overall, I appreciated how responsive and organized the entire process was. It’s not always easy dealing with maintenance issues, but they made it simple and hassle-free. I would definitely say they did a great job.
