This was my second time getting my nails done by Ally, and she never disappoints. She’s incredibly patient and so talented at hand-painted nail art. She really takes her time and makes sure everything looks perfect. I always leave happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back again! Ps. For this quality nails, the price doesn’t even matter anymore, cant find anywhere else in Florida to match the similar quality xD

Unfortunately after my 3rd time giving this salon a try I will not be returning. The first time as you can read on my previous review Cindy did a great job doing a powder dip, however a week later I started to notice how my dip was beginning to raise up meaning there was a void under my nail and my hair started to get caught on these areas where it was no longer attached to my nail. I also noticed how thick the powder dip was and that made my nails look obviously not as natural. I came back 3 weeks later after all my powder dip nails were able to be removed easily to have a new dip powder done by Cindy again, she asked why I removed it instead of coming back here to have them remove them and I explained they literally were coming off on their own and causing issues getting caught so I couldn't wait to see her (this was over the holidays) I told her if she can also make them a bit less thick so it doesn't look like a fat short fake nail. She said yes of course and she did, a week later my nails were already coming off again which is when I decided to come back and show her and have them completely remove them and do gel instead. She began to tell me the reason why they're coming off is because I wanted them so thins that this is what would happen! I understand what she is saying and it would make sense if what I had asked for was an unrealistic expectation... don't we go to the nail salon to get nails that look as natural as possible? My co worker also gets dip powder here and is how I was referred to in the first place, her nails do not look bulky and fat at all and she is the one who told me that I should ask for thinner because that is what she gets and most clients expect work that looks natural otherwise it would look obviously fake and a bad job. Regardless I decided to do gel, I thought a simple resolution, Cindy had a guy removed my powder dip nails and do my gel, I showed the staff Cindy and the man working on my nails the design I wanted, I believe he tried to do a good job however it wasn't good enough. In the pictures you can see how he did not bother to complete cover my nail, he only painted what was in front of him, I go to the professional nail salon so they can do a good job, otherwise I would do this myself at home and miss all the edges of my nail. So at the end I ended up paying $68 dollars to have them remove my dip powder (what was left since it was coming off) a bad gel and nail art. Seems like some customers they do a good job and perhaps others they don't care.

I am from out of town and went here to get a mani/pedi. I arrived at about 6:20pm. They close at 8pm. I had a really nice experience for my mani/pedi. They worked both at the same time and was very thorough on both. They have Dazzle Dry which is my favorite, so I was excited about that. I also had the opportunity to watch them clean the salon before closing. If you worry about cleanliness, then this is the place to go to. They cleaned every possible surface. It was very impressive. They literally wiped down every chair, sides included. I was super impressed. I live in a cold climate and my winter toes are usually tucked into winter boots. After a visit here, I am ready for sandals and sand.

First time at this nail salon and I’m impressed. The owners are very accommodating and constantly checking to ensure you are satisfied. They have a large selection of colors and extra enhancements to choose from. Cindy helped me choose the perfect color to match my picture. Tony did my nails and they look beautiful. He’s gentle and takes his time. Plus they have their adorable dog walking around. I will be back no doubt.
