Absolutely outstanding service from Maven Auto Services. We were in a difficult situation with a family member stranded away from home with a non-starting car, and from the first phone call they were brilliant. Communication was excellent throughout, calls and texts answered almost immediately, and they arranged everything quickly and professionally. A new battery was fitted the very next day and the car is now running perfectly. The service was kind, honest, thorough and extremely reasonably priced. It’s rare these days to find somebody so reliable and genuinely helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again.”

I was recommended "Maven Auto Services – Mobile Mechanics" by the Honda service centre where our car was originally purchased, and I’m really glad I used them. Manu came out to help me and was extremely helpful from start to finish. He managed to get the car started even though the battery was almost completely dead. He was able to charge it enough for me to take the car to the MOT centre and get the MOT completed. He was also very helpful in assisting with getting the road tax sorted and supported me with everything I needed at the time. Overall, a very professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful service. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was carried out efficiently without any hassle. I really appreciated how flexible and supportive he was in getting everything done in one visit. I would highly recommend Maven Auto Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy mobile mechanic. In my case, the call-out charge was absolutely worth it, and I will definitely use their service again in the future if needed.

I recently bought a VW Golf and had it serviced at another garage in Newcastle. After the service, I noticed an oil leak. Even after taking the car back twice, the issue was not properly fixed. Later, my friend introduced me to Manu. He quickly found the leak from the same location and fixed it properly at a very reasonable price. Manu is honest, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend him for any car repairs or services. I will definitely use his service again. Thank you, Manu!

I've used the mobile service by Manu twice now. Both times he came out at short notice, on a Sunday and sorted two of my vehicles. He is a lovely guy and clearly knows what he is doing with engines. I intend to use Manu and Maven Auto Services exclusively from now on. Highly recommended.

I rang this place late last night and asked for a service the next day. They said it'd be hard but they'd let me know as they have other bookings. To my surprise, they rang me at 6pm to say they can fit me in now. I was so so thankful. They used premium equipment on my vehicle and let me know of everything that they had done. I am so thankful for this company and would recommend them to anyone. They are reliable, safe and top notch care.
