What a brilliant service we received from Steve. Issues with a patio door lock. He arrived at the agreed time and placed a temporary lock until he was able to get the part to replace the whole locking system. However within 3 hours he messaged to say he had the part and would come back that same day. Additionally I asked him to check the front door and he replaced the handle. His professionalism, knowledge and friendliness were excellent. Great job.

Great friendly service by Steve. Really fast call out and so helpful. Really good price and was very informative about our type of door. Changed the locks in less than a hour and really lovely service

Just wanted to add a review after a brilliant job done on repairing my broken patio door ,It had jammed at the bottom unlocked but unable to open I had a new handle fitted and lock a much better one then previous I was so impressed with the locks I also had a new one for the front door too. Steve Fleming was both helpfull and polite arrived on time and left everything tidy all at a very reasonable price I have no hesitation in giving this company a five star review Mr WMitchell.

Absolutely great. Came out quickly when door jammed and replaced lock. Very helpful and certainly reasonable. Respectful of property too. Would definitely recommend
