We are infinitely grateful to Gina and Michelle for providing the best services and massive help to our family, after our family member passed away. They have done the whole procedure from the beginning to the end in just a week, along with constantly giving us updates on the situation and consulting on every possible inquiry along the way. They are hard-working people and showed an enormous amount of compassion and care with our tragedy, along with the swift services they provided. We wouldn't be able to deliver the remains of our family member safely and smoothly in just a week, from Florida to Lithuania through EU, if it wasn't for the Mortuary Service of Florida. Gina and Michelle are real professionals and simply are amazing people. God bless them.

During the most challenging time in my life, Mortuary Services of Florida was a true blessing for my family. My mother fell and broke her hip and we had a very difficult 6 weeks up until she had to go to hospice. In the short time we had left with my mother, Gina at Mortuary Services guided us through the painful process of losing a loved one and making sure all the proper paperwork was filed and taken care of with speed and attention that was needed so as not to burden my family more. From my first call to Gina, to when my mother was picked up after she passed, to when her ashes were ready, the whole process was done with dignity and professionalism that was much appreciated. I would very much recommend this service and company. At a most stressful time in life, you can trust that Mortuary Service of Florida will be there for you.

hi this is Brenda Bartok I have to say this place is amazing and so are the people here they helped me in a hard time in my life with my Dad and with being in Indiana nver met in person but felt like family to me I really do recommend these people thank you all Gina is amazing person and keeps you informed ❤️ she is so nice I would always go here if you need services great place and Richard is a great guy really good people thank you

I can’t say enough good things about Gina and her company. From our first conversation I knew my family was in good hands. She was upfront about possible delays due to a backlog in the state system and explained the entire process. Fortunately, our paperwork was processed in a timely manner and Gina was able to complete the task in less than one week from our initial conversation- we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company and really appreciate the heartfelt compassion received by Gina.

Florida Hospice House gave me several names to choose from to handle my Dad's cremation. Mortuary Services Of Florida was the first and last number I called. From the moment Gina answered my call I knew that my Dad would be taken care of like he was a part of her family. I knew in my heart that I was making the best choice using their services. They've been wonderful every single step of the way. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were professional, sympathetic and caring!
