Truly an unforgettable experience. We took an eco tour on Memorial Day to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Both of my kids were yelling best day ever within minutes!! Breathtaking views, dolphins playing in our wake, and my daughter got to shell on a private island. Josh was so knowledgeable and gave us so much great information about the history and wildlife in the area. We even found a tagged horseshoe crab and went to the website and entered the number and got sent info about where the crab was tagged and released and a cool medal pin. The price was by far the best I found, but the value was immeasurable! Can not recommend this tour enough!!
The. Absolute. Best. Captain Josh is a local, born and raised in Everglades City. He knows every island, every mangrove alley and every dolphin by name and personality. He can identify every bit of wildlife from birds to shells and knows where to find them. The boat had chairs and it was such a smooth ride all over Ten Thousand Islands. My buddy and I had the best time hanging onto every word about the history of the islands, the ecology and the people that make the area special. it's been a few days since the trip and all I can think of is when can I go again. I cannot believe my luck with finding him and I can't wait to take the kids next time!
Amazing experience. Dolphins were playing in our boat wake! We saw an amazing variety of wildlife and learned a lot about the history and ecology of the area. Captain Josh is extremely knowledgeable, and knows where to find wildlife in this area.
Today Josh took us on an amazing trip on his boat. We saw lots of wildlife and collected amazing shells. Josh is a very nice guy and it was fun to talk to him and learn so many things about the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands and it's Wildlife. His boat was very comfortable with nice chairs and shade. Not only did we see dolphins, they even swam up to the boat an had fun jumping in the wake. Thank you so much again, Josh, for this perfect day 🐬
Went on an amazing private tour with Josh. All I can say is WOW! What an incredible area. Josh is a great tour guide, his knowledge of the islands and area are truly impressive. We asked a lot of questions and he had answers immediately. Josh makes you feel like you've been friends for years. We saw tons of native and migratory birds, dophins, and a few see turtles. The dolphins playing in our boat wake was just incredible. Thank you Josh for a day we will never forget!
