I am very happy that John took the time to read my customer profile which started my request not to knock on the door. I did not want anyone knocking on the door because my dogs would be alerted and start barking. John actually called me just to confirm that that request was still.active and ask if I had anything that needed attention. Because of his attention to detail we were all happy. Thank you John for great service.

Our technician, John was terrific! From the moment he arrived, John demonstrated a positive, enthusiastic attitude when I ask him to treat our azalea shrubs. He showed great customer service as he paid special attention to the areas where we have regularly seen silverfish. John also cared about us, the customers, leaving the house at the time of treatment. Additionally, Brittany, of the office staff was very helpful and pleasant when doing my scheduling. We had a great experience with this pest control company. I forgot to unlock the side gate when the technician, John, came to treat our house, so he was only able to service the front yard during the first visit. The company was very understanding and had John come back a couple of days later to treat the backyard as well. We truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Thank you again!

John did an excellent job with the routine pest prevention service at my home in Irvine. He arrived early and was very punctual, took the time to listen to and explain my concerns clearly, and walked me through what he would be doing as part of the preventive treatment. He was professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the service. Really appreciated how smooth and straightforward the whole process was. Highly recommended.
