Avoid and look elsewhere. Unexperienced mechanics. No care, terrible customer experience and awful customer service. Avoid if you want a decent repair. After replacing the brake discs the mechanic did not tighten the wheels properly, there were loose bolts on all 4 wheels, I had to go over them again to make sure they are properly tight. Dangerous and unprofessional repair. Also if you are not present your car will not be worked on which is very inconvenient.

Best garage i ever seen yesterday they did my MOT and a good job with my exhaust welding,they didn’t tell me to come tomorrow as the time was already 5 but instead they stayed and finished by 6 can’t recommend them enough cheers
Most genuine and reasonable mechanic you’ll find in Newcastle. Others are there to rip you off. Mazhar is very friendly and treats you with respect and listens to you, unlike other mechanics! You will be given the best advice here. I was quoted £700 from another mechanic for an MOT, I brought my car here and realised he was trying to rip me off and got my MOT done in less than £100!!
Very very weak management. Ur car won't be fixed if you're not present there.
