I enjoyed the atmosphere, but my second visit, unfortunately, they lost my important paperwork I had left with them on my first visit. After requesting twice and two weeks later, I still haven't received a response or a phone call, despite causing me to being behind schedule for my deadline requirement to meet. All was needed was 5 questions answered and faxed to the appropriate provider. The paperwork was one familiar with all doctors offices. I requested the paperwork once again from the manufacturer however this time took it to my cardiologist, Shawn Mathias office, whose staff filled it out, and faxed it to the appropriate people while I was at my appointment. I now can move forward with my healing process. Don't play with my health. You may not deem it important, indeed I most certainly do for sure!!!

I cannot refer anyone to Oak Street Health. My pets get better more attentive care at the vet. Front desk ladies were amazing. Dr. And intake assistant were a very big disappointment to say it kindly.

Oak Street Health in Greenville SC exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming, friendly & fun, and everyone had a smile 😊 At 74 years young, I am thrilled that they will manage ALL of my health needs. They even picked me up and took me home! The absolute BEST Dr Visit I have had in over 10 Years 🥳

Love attending oak Street health. My nurse practitioner is awesome and all of the staff friendly and efficient. Always on time. Very happy and satisfied

The appointment went fine but I never received any results or feedback. An email or text saying allow would have been adequate.
