One month ago I went at this place with my car thinking that it's a right and reliable place, they charge me for diagnostic, tax, parts and labor, my car still with the same issue and they can't explain to me what's going on. Don't bring your car here because they can't fix fix difficult problems, I was Pinky's customer when they were in Hollywood but in Pasadena no more.

Had a great experience at Pinky’s! They replaced my gaskets and took care of a full tune-up, and my car is running smoother than ever. Big shoutout to Eddie for his excellent communication and for running such a trustworthy shop. He kept me updated throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. You can tell his team really knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service, I definitely recommend Pinky’s!

Five stars for Pinky's Auto! The team in Pasadena is honest, professional, and they get the job done right the first time. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Pinky’s in Hollywood for YEARS! It’s nice to know that there are two different locations I can depend on! Eddie has always been helpful with any questions or concerns, I’ve had, throughout the years! He is very knowledgeable and dependable and has always been there to help with my car issues! Any issue I’ve had with my car has been fixed in a timely manner. I’ve never had to go back with the same issue. Thank you, Eddie!
