Our furnace went out during a cold snap. Pioneer was able to come out the next morning to troubleshoot and identified the root cause (what I suspected was shoddy duct work). They were able to come out the next day and do a complete overhaul of our ductwork and finally properly mount our furnace (correcting work by the previous homeowners). Everyone was nice, respectful, and efficient! Highly recommend using them for HVAC work!

Great company!! As I’m an owner of an Airbnb in the universal studios area I’m fully booked year round and it’s really hard to take care of anything that breaks as my window is only a few hours only every few days (really hard to schedule) pioneer came exactly on time and were able to work with my crazy schedule, my heater stopped working and it’s a big no no for the guests (bad reviews potentially) they came fixed my heater in about 50 minutes while cleaning team was there, sent me pictures and videos and really gave me a reasonable price (I was ready to pay anything) Thank you guys Highly recommended Will hire again!! (Hopefully in the far future)

Motti and his team are amazing. We had a great experience working with him and his team. We did a complete system replacement -- with new ducts and converting a gas unit to a heat pump, so it was a big and intimidating job. Motti was available at all times to answer my questions, he was in constant communication throughout the project, and he was very hands-on making sure everything was going according to plan. His crew was very good, and seemed to go above-and-beyond with their work. Very reliable, very friendly, very friendly. I would recommend them again and again.

This is for technician Tomer, who recently back in March 2026...exemplified "Exceptional" communication, diagnosis and troubleshooting, regarding issue with my ac/ heat York Unit, that was cutting on and off, along with not reaching set temperature rather it was ac or out heat mode. Due to Tomer's thorough expertise - he discovered the issue was having a dirty flame sensor and the motor (must be replaced) on our York unit. What amazed me was that Tomer, not only did he order the part, but made sure (my current defective motor) was under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. Even though it took a week for motor part to arrive- Tomer consistently, with consideration kept me updated on its arrival. Tomer completely resolved issue - by installing new motor after it arrived. I highly, highly recommend Tomer -due to his expertise - excellent communication and going the extra mile (consideration he shows) to his customers. Tomer is a true asset to your company and is a symbol of excellence of your company!
