An incredible place to work out. This studio is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and friendly in addition to being cool and funky. The whole studio is super inclusive and supportive. They offer a variety of classes and I've enjoyed every one I've tried. The class pass is affordable, and the facility feels modern and new. This is my favorite place to do aerials.
I attend pole classes every where I travel, and this was one of the best ones 🙌 Teacher, Elle, was grounded, engaging, thoughtful, and just a generally beautiful human being. The studio is unique, fun, and focused. I got a great work out, learned some new things (which is always wonderful for a 10+ year poler), and look forward to visiting again when I'm back in the area. 10 🌟s!!
Our mom’s night out private event was one of the best! Amanda @flywithdragons is not just a pole dance teacher, but a whole artist! Very talented and she made all the mommas feel confident and comfortable with our private class! The @poleandaerialfitness studio is one of the best. Very clean, and cool. The lights and the decoration makes a huge difference for you to feel a real artist. It was amazing!
Love this studio! I have taken many pole classes, a few silks classes, and the fire palm torch workshop, all amazing! The coolest thing about this studio is the wide variety of apparatus and classes offered.
Lacy and her incredible team of instructors are truly the best! They create such a warm and welcoming environment while sharing their expertise and passion. Their guidance not only helps you build physical strength but also boosts your confidence and leaves you feeling empowered. The variety of classes is amazing—I can’t wait to try them all! It’s also a fantastic place for kids. My children absolutely love the spiral and silks classes!
