I had such a great experience with Boretta from Pounce. Grooming my cat is never an easy task, but she was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire appointment. My cat came home looking amazing — soft, clean, and noticeably less stressed than after past grooming visits. I really appreciated how caring and knowledgeable she was, especially when handling sensitive areas and making sure my cat stayed comfortable. You can tell she genuinely love animals and take pride in her work. I highly recommend Pounce to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled cat groomer. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Thank you/December/January. Cats are happy, up and about, meaning everything is fine. Best home away from home (Pounce). Cats 👀 forward to going back. Pounce Hawaii is good at keeping the cats entertained and healthy. Not a worry in the world while on travel, love the daily updates/pictures. Update Sep 13, 2025. Again, thanks, looking forward to next year at least 2 trips, and again, nothing to worry about knowing cats are being taken care of, other than getting back home/And grooming appointments/6 cats too much work for me/Don't know how to word this, I don't make money off this, Retired/Anyone interested in cat pictures follow ponce/Instagram or Facebook I guess, more or less , dagostinodags/instagram/D'Agostino, Mike/FaceBook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Again 🙏

At relatively short notice we had to arrange boarding for our cat. The Pounce team were immediately welcoming and helpful on the phone and followed through when we met in person. They were extremely caring throughout his stay, sending daily photographs, updating us on the status of his food stocks, arranging a vet visit, etc. My only wish - tricky, I know, with so many furry residents - would be for more opportunities for him to stretch his legs and have a run outside of his room. Thank you!

Our two kitties are very new to boarding. The older had boarded once, the younger was new to it. Both are rescue cats, so we were expecting them to be shy with new caregivers. The Pounce staff took it in stride and didn’t force interaction. They gave our kitties the freedom to explore the ample amenities in their room, and mainly interacted for room servicing and checking on their welfare. When I picked them up, they appeared calm and receptive and when released back in our home, they readjusted within a matter of minutes. They weren’t suffering cat-ptsd from a stressful boarding experience. Pounce boarding policies require your kitty to be up-to-date with vaccinations and tick/mite meds. which ensures a medically safe stay for all boarders. The staff’s cumulative experience and their well-appointed room translated to a very positive boarding experience for our kitties.

We were very happy with the wonderful care our girl Marcie received at Pounce. The staff was friendly and listened to our concerns, as Marcie has special medical needs. They sent us pictures and updates, which made us confident she was doing well while we were away. Thank you so much!
