Quality Air Service is simply that- Quality. Brandon and his team came out to install a mini split for me recently and their attention to detail was staggering. I like things installed correctly with attention to detail. What they did was just that. I had 3 bids for my split and some of the pitches were hilarious. One guy told me that their bid was going to be a little higher because of the companies overhead cost. I told them that they probably should get rid of the new trucks so they could be competitive. Quality shared multiple ideas with me for brands and cost and in the end they treated me right. Good cost and great Quality of work and warranty. Thanks Brandon! Picture of my split. Our upstairs a/c unit wasn’t working. I called Quality Air Service and they sent Karter out that same day. Karter was very polite and respectful. He was extremely thorough in checking all of the possibilities of what could be wrong. He found the issue and replaced the part and had things up and running in no time. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty and how quickly we were taken care of. I cannot recommend Karter and the Quality Air team more. We will definitely be reaching out to them for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you Karter!

Honest, quality work at a great price. I used them to fix my A/C when it died this summer, and they did a great job. I have since signed up for their maintenance plan, and am pleased with their work. My dad has used them for YEARS and has nothing but good to say about Brandon and his Company.
