Scott and his sons Nick and Kyle are the most trustworthy honest and caring Air conditioning company in all of SWFL I usually don’t leave too many reviews for Companies, but this company deserves one. Take it from me if you need any type of work done on your air conditioning unit make sure you contact them. You will not be disappointed like I stated the most honest and caring company that I have ever dealt with.

This company works diligently to maintain its excellent reputation. The owner worked with us personally and did not give up until every little hiccup was ironed out. They stand behind their products. They do whatever it takes to maintain customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with our unit and their service. We are especially impressed with their integrity.. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The best AC repair in all of 33967 (Ft. Myers/San Carlos/Estero/Bonita)! Here's why: My AC stopped working at 6pm on a Friday. I called Scott at Quality Service Company and he happily came out in less than an hour. There was no after hours surcharge or weekend fee. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly with no heavy sales pitches or hassle. Turns out, the drain needed flushed and the float switch needed replaced. I had been incredibly close to a drain pan overflowing and dumping water into the ceiling of my master bedroom. In the Florida heat, it could have caused thousands of dollars in mold damage. He charged me the basic service call fee ($75), a little labor and parts. All were very acceptably priced (and I usually balk at repair costs - who doesn't, especially when needing repairs was a total surprise?) He offered an annual maintenance package for $150 that includes servicing every 6 months and would help me find problems before they start for a fraction to price of major repairs. He also told me that if for any reason he wouldn't have had the parts to make my AC work that night, he would have set up a temporary cooling solution to make sure that I wasn't left without AC while he waited for a part to come in. Super impressive and helpful! I can't say enough good things about Scott and his company. It's so hard to find good service providers and Scott is truly one of the good ones. I was really lucky!

My experience with Quality Service Company and Scott (Owner/Operator) was absolutely easy, efficient, and personalized. Scott came to give us an estimate for our air conditioning unit. We operate one of bonita Springs' top fine dining establishments. Scott was personable, friendly, efficient, and, most importantly, he took care of finding solutions to our unique challenges. We had 3 estimates from local companies, and Quality Service Company came out on top with the best pricing and the best improvements to our system. Everything was easy from start to finish. Quality replaced our entire commercial A/C unit in less than one day, probably 4 hours or so. Qualities staff & service people were also very efficient, and left my kitchen clean and tidy. Now, we have a brand new A/C unit, and my staff is 100% happy with the cooling in our kitchen. It's great to have such stress free service that was fast, professional, and personalized to my specific needs. Thank you, Scott, and all your staff for the wonderful job. I am looking forward to calling for all my future A/C needs or emergencies! I can rest assured that a professional will come to solve any challenges that may arise in the future. Quality Service Company is a great and honest company to work with. I have dealt with this company for over ten years, for my own home and many customers that I manage property for. The owner, Scott Kern, is truly a Master AC technician. He and his staff properly fit repairs and systems that are needed for the customer - not what is best for the company. I have had customers call me several times with no AC and were told by another company in very hot weather that they have to wait 2-3 days for parts and repairs. I called Quality Service Company to see if they can get them cooling until the parts arrive. Scott and company, with real solid knowledge of Air Conditioning manufacturers and systems, managed to get them cooling. Quality Service Company cares and understands how essential cool air is in south Florida. The company is a very valuable asset to me as well as my business.
