These guys replaced my roof following Hurricane Irma. While we hope to not have issues, Florida beats the crap out of anything outside. I had a repair needed on my valley two years back and recently discovered an issue. Both times they were prompt at getting back to me, even while currently a little short staffed. Thanks Ryan and crew for fixing me up!
I noticed a leak in several areas of my home after Hurricane lan. After receiving a recommendation from a neighbor I reached out to Blaine Williams and Joe Caruso with RRCA. They inspected the damage and walked me through the entire claim process After communicating with my insurance company they were successful with getting a full roof replacement approval. Worst roofing contractor ever. I have signed contract with them and paid them the money 3 months back. They have not completed my roof neither are picking up my phone calls to refund my money. This place should be reported to better business bureau as I'm starting a Legal action on them today.
Horrible service. Sales rep non responsive with no amount of integrity, lied through their teeth about the cost of solar instillation. Ended up going with integrity roofing, veteran owned and operated. Honest and great work! These guys, are consistently seeking wisdom which continually continues to out run them.
Javier who oversaw the work crew went above and beyond, and Shari Cooper in customer service was absolutely awesome
