Gil is so thorough and meticulous which makes the tax filing process so easy; I always look forward to a tax season now. I cannot recommend this service at all. I was completely ignored for an entire year, repeatedly told my taxes were being handled, and yet nothing was ever completed. Communication was nonexistent, and Gill and his team failed to deliver on their promises. Now, because of their negligence, I am stuck paying fees for something that was time-sensitive. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
