We built our home in Naples in a golf community in 2014 and decided to install automatic screens in our lanai and outdoor kitchen areas to keep the grandkids away from the pool area and to mosquito-proof this living area. We also wanted automatic shutters in this same enclosure to protect this area from hurricanes and to keep us from having to move large amounts of furniture indoors while we were away during the summer and wanted all the mechanicals, track frames, screens, and shutters to be hidden when not in use. In all, there were 13 openings, some as wide as 20 feet. Our builder insisted on using another screen and storm company, but our architect recommended Castle Services, as they were the only company that could install both screens and shutters in the same openings at the corners while keeping everything out of sight when not in use. We told our builder we would only use Castle and we are so happy we did. We keep the shutters down the whole time we are away (make sure your HOA approves or there are no other homes or community facilities behind you). We interfaced with the company owner, Jack, to start and then worked with the installation manager, Jamie, until completion. When we have a repair, their customer service and scheduling person, Sherry, makes every accommodation possible to get the job scheduled in a timely manner and works with us to accommodate our schedule. We have recommended Castle to several friends and they are just as happy as we are.

In 2012 I built a 5,800 sq.ft. house in Aqualane Shores. Needless to say, it was challenging. The absolute best decision I made was to call Castle Services. Dennis and his crew were responsive, cost effective and reliable. The fabrication, installation and the follow up service has been TOP NOTCH and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone who needs these services to rely upon Castle. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent customer service! I was scheduled to have them come out a week from today as my hurricane shutters, which they did not install were squeaking when they were going up and down. They Actually had an availability today, two gentlemen came in right on time did amazing wor. They were neat, professional, knowledgeable, polite everything excellent excellent. I have put this on my calendar to have done annually and would also like to say that Sherri in the office was very sweet as well. Excellent company I highly recommend them

I installed Castle Services’ hurricane storm screens and pest screens in November 2023. They recently came back to tweak the screens so they fall flush to the pavers. Castle Services is a great company. Recently one of my screens ripped and after I called them they came out within days. Two service guys took the measurements since the screen had to be replaced. I believe they are now making the screens themselves so they were able to come back and install the new screen within 7-10 days. Great and efficient service and at no charge since they have 5-year warranty on their screens. Best screen and shutter company in SW Florida. Thanks!
