Our early 90's Air Conditioner was failing and only a matter of time before we were going to be hot. I called some local AC installation companies and got estimates. I ultimately went with St. Clair's Custom Air. They weren't the cheapest but after talking with the owner, I felt they would do not only a good job but I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. Absolutely no pressure or attempt to sell something I didn;t need. My gut was right! I followed his suggestions and we are extremely pleased with the results. We chose an American Standard AC unit and had custom duct work designed and installed. Their crew made fast work of the removal and new AC installation and cleaned as they worked. Nothing was damaged, the house was never dirty during the process and our AC now is colder than it's been in 25 years or so. Thank you St. Clair's Custom Air for an outstanding job!

Amazing patience even when working with jerks at HomeWarranty company. (I don’t know how Gregg or Jeff have the patience to work with them) Gregg is very knowledgeable and helpful, crew is quick and neat make all the work look very professional. Hopefully system works as intended. Would highly recommend even if price is a little more then you’d want to pay. A++

After dealing with a sub-par HVAC maintenance company, I switched to St Clair's as I had heard they were THE company to trust- and I heard correctly! Thank your for the quality service, more than fair pricing, and peace of mind knowing my AC & Heating system will be worry free for me.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend St Clair's Custom Air / 5 Stars! We recently purchased a new American Standard Platinum 4T, 18 SEER AC unit from St Clair. A+'s on all the metrics: Quality, Value, Professionalism, Responsiveness, and Punctuality. There are 3 more metrics that are important to us as well: Easy to Work With, Contractor Product Knowledge, and Contractor Integrity / A+'s on those 3, also. After 12 months of painful experience with my old AC - I learned there are two parts to purchasing an AC: buy the right product - and - connect with the right service provider who has expert product knowledge and will treat your right / integrity / easy to work with. They were quick to reply to my initial phone call, quick to diagnose the problem, and secure necessary parts, and quick to repair, all the time keeping me informed step by step.
