Marcella values people and, while chiefly focused on providing good services, she has a high moral compass and also has been known to work expeditiously. As a professional chaplain, I recently texted her from one of my in-home hospice visits because my patient's wife had technical questions about funeral arrangements that I couldn't answer. Marcella picked-up my call and, on speakerphone, spent ~30 minutes of her time answering both the family member's and my questions---and Marcella did so despite being aware that the wife had already selected a funeral home to use.
