I am extremely disappointed with the Gel-X fill I received this past Saturday. The application is entirely too thick, making my nails look bulky and poorly done (as the attached photos show), but I also feel the tech may not have given a true Gel-X fill based on how the service was done and my conversations with friends who regularly get this type of nail. I feel the tech lacked the skill or knowledge of Gel-X. The overall look is heavy and unprofessional. It's a shame to pay for a service and be left with such a heavy, unsatisfactory result. I will not be returning.

I’m only doing 2 stars because I genuinely liked Lisa and she always did my nails or toes on point. I’d give her a photo and she’d do what she does. But I found out more than half of my nails have fungal infections, all in varying stages of my nails 😭 she and I saw the big spot on one nail at my last fill, and when I asked what’s that… she quickly put the acrylic on and said it was a bruise…. It wasn’t sitting right with me, and decided my nails needed a break, and took em off… very saddened. Fungal infections of nails under acrylic usually means they aren’t cleaning their tools Also my last pedicure I got the volcano one, who’s is $62… and I was charged $80 and I didn’t even get extras or was told it was more… and then the lady asked me “no tip?” Then I handed her cash and she visibly upset.

10/10 Recommend! Lisa was the absolute best, she took her time and she is such a great people person! My husband had Hannah I believe and she was amazing too! Forever will be my place!

Beautiful! They did exactly what I wanted and with care and team work! The woman that did my nails took so much time and care to make sure they were right and that they were perfect. My thumb was out of the setting light but she saw it and redid my thumb nail to make sure it was perfect. She had another technician do the gold and it was absolutely perfect! The price was great too!

My main complaint with this place is that the second technician that worked on my nails cut me twice and fairly deep with the dremel on the tips of two fingers. I was getting my nails done by the first lady and I guess she went to go help someone else, so the second lady came over and as soon as she started dremeling the under side of my nails she nicked me on one finger and then the next. I asked her to be careful but she was still quite rough. I was bleeding so she had to put this chemical on it that burned to stop the bleeding. We were interrupted for another client to show her pictures of the nails she wanted and then I was rushed through the painting of my nails. She left a little on my skin that I had to get off when I got home. I give this salon a 2 because even after all that, the nails were still pretty good and thick and they always seem to have availability. I would just suggest asking them to be careful and take their time..
