Peter came out to check our disposal which blew the switch and wasn’t working. He said the breaker box was not up to code and old so he would quote on the replacement. Got a call that night and scheduled for the next day. John did our installation and he was so awesome and professional. He came to do a job and that was exactly what he did.These guys know their stuff and John replaced our breaker box in record time. He showed up when they said he would. Thought it would take much longer but he got done in really good time. Everything was labeled and neat and clean when he was done. Highly recommend True Power Electrical Services!

The quality was so good that I immediately trusted them with the bigger project. They recently completed a full upgrade of both the main service entrance panel (with proper 200-amp main breaker disconnect after the HECO meter) and the cottage panel (including surge protection). The work was clean, professional, and fully code-compliant. They coordinated everything with HECO and explained every step clearly. True Power is reliable, honest, responsive, and does high-quality work without cutting corners. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs in Honolulu — they truly take care of their customers. During the last Kona Lows that were passing through, the electrical in my home started going haywire. It was to the point I was actually nervous; potential electrical fires in the wall are a realty. I started searching online and found True Power Electrical at 1am on a Friday morning. I called and expected to leave a message, but Peter answered the phone. In the moment it almost felt like a scam, but he came through later that same day. He diagnosed the problem as an old breaker panel and not even a week later John was sent out and everything was fixed. I am beyond grateful for this team.
